Customer Service Course at the Civil Service Institute [From 04/06/2009 to 08/06/2009]

I went on a 3-day Customer Service Course at the IPA.

It was great fun and I had a great time there.

Learned a lot of things and absolutely grateful for the 'Terasul and Bahasa Dalam' part of the course.
