I went on a 3-day Customer Service Course at the IPA.
It was great fun and I had a great time there.
Learned a lot of things and absolutely grateful for the 'Terasul and Bahasa Dalam' part of the course.

Prayers were read by Tuan Haji Abd Kahar to mark the end of the 3-day course as well as to bless the event.
